It's been almost three weeks since my last post, and I am finally getting out to play some golf. It's been brutal with more snow, and continued cold temperatures.

Why is winter so long and cold. I need my golf fix hitting of lush fairways with the sun shining down. Enough Tiger Woods 13 (14 is out now, hmmm), and watching golf is starting to drive me crazy with desire to get outdoors and NOT shovel snow!

Our last day finds us in the queue for the New Course at St Andrews. It's a great day for golf, although a little chilly. However, it should be dry...

The wet trip to Carnoustie was a bust as we arrived to find the course closed due to flooding. We managed to get a game once back in St. Andrews though.

Another day in Scotland and another day of golf. This time, we head our for the 2 hours drive from St. Andrews to Muirfield, host of the Open Championship in 2013. The big question of the day is will the rain hold off to allow us to get our round in without getting soaked.

Since we didn't make Wednesday's ballot for the Old Course, we took the opportunity to play Kingsbarns. It was a sweet, treat!
