My name is Brian Noblin and i'm a Golf Packager in Myrtle Beach. I started this site in 2001 as a way to inform people about Myrtle Beach Golf and possibly gain a few clients in the mean time. Please feel free to browse about the site and enjoy the very informative interactive message board room. Please feel free to email me at brian@myrtlebeachgolftalk.com if you have any questions, need to get a quote or book your golf package!

The Myrtle Beach Golf Talk Forum is the heart and soul of this website (it's where the "Talk" is derived from) and has transformed over the years.  This is the latest, and hopfully last, incarnation of the Forum.  Here is where all of the latest information can be found, from recent trip reports to advice for a particular issue.  Over the years, Forum members have formed friendships, there is an annual Forum Outing in Myrtle Beach and occassionaly local outings where Forum members get together and play golf.

If you are seeing this notice, you are either not registered on the site and/or not signed in.  Not all of the Forum content is visible to you either.  Some of it, such as the Trip Reports, is only visible by registered users of the site and you must be signed in.  So if you are registered, that's great.  Sign in and view all of the content.  If you are not registered, please do so by clicking the Register link up at the top left of the page.  It only takes a few minutes.  Then, come on in and get to know us and hopefully participate.

New member fellows from Ohio.  If any singles want to play any this week please respond. Monday am Thistle, Tuesday am Glenn Dornoch, Wednesday-Friday not sure yet but all North end courses. I would like to play Tidewater still, never played it.  Problably Carolina National on Thursday Afternoon.  Today we played River's Edge, great condition.

If I remember correctly, Carolina Nation got some bad reviews recently, so you may want to check on conditions there. Anybody chime in on this?
2012 will mark my 34th consecutive year to make a golf trip to Myrtle. Retired as "group leader" after last May's trip, but unretired long enough to book golf thru Brian for May 2012.

Played Carolina National on Aug. 9th and the greens were in real bad shape.  I would suggest Heather Glen or Crow Creek as solid North end substitutes.

Alright so Carolina National is out! Today was the Thistle course, great place to play, tomorrow Glenn Dornoch with a twosome and Wednesday at Tidewater with a twosome. Thursday and Friday are still on the drawing board. If anybody wants to play email me at jsflc@roadrunner.com I roll with a low handicap and my father in law is around a twenty. I would like to play Fazio at Barefoot, but I'm worried about the conditions???? C'mon troops let me know what you know!

I played Fazio last Tuesday in the WorldAm.  Everything is good except the greens.  The only green that had more grass than sand and dirt was the 18th.  I'd save it for my next trip.

Instead of Carolina National, may I suggest you to give Cape Fear National a try?
