Monday night, North Myrtle Beach passed a smoking ban, Tuesday night, the Town of Timmonsville passed one.

The fallout continues from the announcement that came two weeks ago about the date change for Myrtle Beach Spring Harley rally.

John Hogan, 36, of Texas is being tried at the Marlboro County Courthouse for the murder of Monesha Brown. The mother of four was missing for 49 days until her body was found with her throat slit in July of 2010.
